It's a new scheme for the Aceh habitation reconstruction project.
The construction is designed to be flexible. The habitant could make modifications easily to meet their needs.
Floor area 60.5m2, budget US$3,000 (labor include)
People without any construction skill can build their own house under our supporting.
A package is 100 units Minimum.
Light-weight steel structure is environmental friendly and can preserve the rainforest.

亞齊省災民超過50萬人,有15萬勞動力閒置
當地政府一再強調,希望災民能參與重建,但效果不佳
資料顯示,大多以工業化的生產來降低成本,結果肥了建商,災民只是象徵性的參與
本案構造經過簡化,社區居民無技術者皆可參與施工
主體結構使用加強後的輕量型鋼,配合防鏽措施,大幅度降低鋼材用量提高抗震力和耐久性,運輸成本低,施工快速,同時減少木料用量,避免砍伐雨林
牆體為竹編泥墻及竹篾,居室地板為木條草泥上鋪竹蓆,涼台及廚房為木地板
屋頂內側鋪茅草隔熱層,外側鍍鋅鋼板
水電及設備齊全
構造彈性大,可依須要調整屋型,配置

Aceh is located in South-Eastern Asia, where was hit by the tsunami in 2004. HSIEH Ying-chun was invited to join the reconstruction project after the tsunami. He first built an example in Hebei, which aims at the low-cost ($3000), low-technique, and the facility to operate (easy access for local workers). The Md house-2 for Aceh disaster area costs $3000 (labor and administration fee included) with a surface of 80 m2.
1.With the simplified structure, all the non-professional inhabitants can participate the construction.
2.The main structure uses strengthened lightweight steel, which greatly reduces the amount of steel, enhance the performance of anti-seismic and durability. It can also speed up the construction process and lessen the use of wood for less cutting down the rain forest.
3.The wall is made by bamboo and clay; the plank is made of bamboo plank and clay; the heat-insulation of inner roof is straw mat, and the corrugated metal board is used for the outside roof.
4.The structure is flexible, and can be adjusted for the needs.
5.The front section is the “summer house” It used for the ceremony pavilion, working space, kitchen, also the communication platform of the community. The upper backside is the “winter house”. There are living room and bedroom. The section below is the bathroom and toilet.
亞齊是2004年東南亞海嘯的受災地區，謝英俊先生受邀參與其災後重建專案，並在河北首先示範建造，以低造價（3000美元），低技術與簡單易行（當地勞動力可掌握）為目的。 印尼亞齊災區重建" Md house-2"樓地板面積80平方公尺,造價預算$3000 ( 含協力造屋工資及管理費).
1.由於構造經過簡化，社區居民、無技術者皆可參與施工。
2.主體結構使用加強後的輕量型鋼，大幅度降低了鋼材的用量，提高抗震力和耐久性，加快施工速度，同時減少木料的用量，避免砍伐雨林。
3.牆體為竹編泥牆；樓板為竹架板覆土；屋頂內側鋪草席隔熱層，外側為彩鋼板
4.構造彈性大，可依需要調整屋型、配置。
5.前段為“夏屋”，是禱祭亭、工作平臺、廚房，同時也作為與社區的溝通平臺。後段上層為“冬屋”，供住宿使用，下層為衛生間（廁所、浴室）。
